Our 20-hour Self-Defense Course is the flagship self-defense training course offered at The Education Armory. You will train with us for 2 hours, twice a week, for five weeks. The last day of your training is the MATRIX! where you get to see the effectiveness of our techniques under pressure. There is no uniform needed, and protective gear is provided. We do recommend students to wear athletic clothing and bring a mouthguard.
