This course covers the training requirement for obtaining the Maryland handgun qualification license (HQL).
Students will learn:
Maryland firearms laws and regulations
Home firearm safety
Handgun nomenclature and operation
Students will be required to show safe gun handling skills with a supervised live fire exercise.
Firearms, ammunition and safety equipment will be provided.
Maximum of 10 students
